Background
StatCrew is a proprietary game scoring application owned by CBS Sports which is used to score college games. The software is used across all sport types. The new version, 3.0, has begun its rollout to schools starting with Basketball. It is also used to maintain current rosters, generate reports and maintain school profiles.

Power users rely heavily on key commands to make score inputting as fast as possible while scoring a game. This was a priority in creating a more modern version of the software, along with mouse-enabled actions. The cloud site and app were merged in this update.
Result
The integrity of the former DOS-based application was maintained while modernizing the technology and interface. Score reports are created quickly and rosters are better maintained.
